Where HT Press ships, how long it takes, and how returns work.
Where I ship
Prints and goods currently ship to the United States and Canada. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Handling time
Orders are packed by hand and usually leave the studio within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items say so on their page, with their own lead time.
Printed-to-order items
Some prints are marked Printed to order. These are printed for you by my print partner, Prodigi, at a lab close to you, and posted straight from there, usually within 2–4 business days. They travel in their own parcel, so an order with studio items and printed-to-order items arrives in two parts, each with its own tracking. Damaged or faulty prints are replaced free; because each one is made for you, they can’t be returned for a change of mind.
Tracking
You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. I’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item was faulty. Write to me first through the contact page so I can send the return address.
Digital goods (typefaces, downloads) and readings follow the terms of sale.
Lost parcels
If tracking hasn’t moved for 10 business days, let me know and I’ll open a claim with the carrier and look after you either way.
